Now, integration of logistics service has become one source of main competition edge between supply chains, therefore, it is crucial to study the procurement of integrated logistics service at the angle of supply chain. So, aiming at the evaluation and selection about integration of logistics service, we firstly describe the procurement flow, present the method named E-hierarchical Delphi and establish the evaluation criteria system about integrator of logistics service in the paper. Then, we construct a group decision-making method based on E-hierarchical Delphi and VP. Finally a numerical example shows the process of the model.
