为更好地根据交通流的变化状态实行相应的控制策略,提出一种针对不同交通状态采用不同控制目标函数的单交叉口信号配时优化方法。该法基于交叉口的占有率和流量比关系,把交通状态划分为空闲、畅顺、繁忙和拥堵4个状态。在不同状态下根据其不同的交通流特点,选用不同的控制策略和控制目标,设定不同目标函数进行配时优化。优化目标函数采用相对指标的3目标函数形式,把车辆平均延误、平均停车次数以及通行能力3个指标作为交叉口效益评价指标,可通过调整各个指标权重系数来满足不同交通状态下的配时需求。最后通过深圳市实际交叉口的例子进行计算和仿真。结果表明,该方法比经典配时方法在结合所提出的目标函数各指标上都优胜,目标函数更合理。

英文摘要:

In order to use proper control strategies that correspond to the traffic flow levels, a signal timing optimization method for isolated intersection was proposed. In this method, different signal control objectives were chosen in different traffic levels. Based on occupancy rate and flow rate of the intersection, traffic status was divided into four levels: free, smooth, busy and congested. According to different traffic flow characteristics in different levels, different control strategies and objectives were chosen and the objective functions were determined for timing optimization. The model uses relative indexes and has three objectives: average stop delay, average stops and capacity, which can meet the turning requirements of different traffic levels by adjusting the weight coefficients. Finally, an isolated intersection in Shenzhen city was selected for calculation and simulation.The results indicate that the proposed method is more effective than the original timing method in respect of the objective functions in all four traffic statuses.
