Food safety early warning and monitoring work are the premise and the foundation to effectively respond to food safety emergencies.In view of food safety supply chain link,and in the analysis of the basic early warning elements,this paper constructed security early warning system of elements for the food supply chain.Then through the analysis of the food safety of spontaneous process depends on the different path of energy dissipation,as well as technical innovation and environment evolution.This paper puts forward opening risk monitoring elements of dynamic evolution model,and finally designs the food supply chain security early warning opening mechanism based on the environmental evolution.
