目的评价超声造影对活体犬中不同内径脾动脉损伤的诊断价值。方法制造内径<1 mm (A级)和1 mm<内径<2 mm脾动脉(B级)损伤模型后,分别行超声造影以及增强CT检查,并比较两者对创伤的显示率。结果(1)随着脾损伤内径的增大,血流速度、血流量相应的增高;(2)超声造影能够显示不同内径脾动脉损伤,并出现流沙样或涌泉样活动性出血及供血区低增强或无增强等相应改变;(3)在A级损伤,超声造影显示率显著高于增强CT(100%vs.90.3%,P<0.05),在B级损伤与增强CT显示率相似(100%vs.100%,P>0.05)。结论超声造影对小内径脾动脉损伤诊断价值优于增强CT,对大内径脾动脉损伤显示率与增强CT相似。
Objective To study the evaluation of contrast ultrasound to diagnosis splenic artery injury in vivo canine.Methods Splenic artery injury of different inner diameter ( A level:d〈1 mm,B level:1 mm〈d〈2 mm)were made,then contrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT test were did to evaluate the results of injury . Results (1)With the increase of splenic artery diameter ,the blood speed and flow increased correspondingly;(2) Ultrasound imaging can show different diameter splenic artery injury , and show the corresponding change ( active bleeding or no blood-supply etc);(3)In A level,the display rate of contrast ultrasound was significantly higher than enhanced CT(100%vs.90.3%,P〈0.05);but in B level the display rate was similar between two methods (100%vs.100%,P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion The diagnosis value of contrast ultrasound diagnosis to small diameter spleen artery injury is better than that of contrast CT ,and to large diameter artery injury they are similar .
