利用等效电路建立了铝合金铸造用超声换能系统的阻抗模型,在15~28 kHz范围内分析了常温和铸造条件下系统纵振频率和阻抗。在常温和铸造条件下,系统分别有2、3阶纵振频率;在铸造条件下,1阶频率对应的阻抗增加明显。利用Agilent4294A阻抗分析仪做了扫频测量,结果与此相符。
The impedance model of the ultrasonic transducer system for Al-alloy casting was established.In the range of 15~28 kHz,the vertical resonant frequency and the impedance of the system was analyzed under the normal temperature and the casting situation.The two-stage and three-stage vertical resonant frequencies are found in the different situations respectively.The impedance of the 1st resonant frequency increased obviously when the system was in the casting situation.The results corresponded with the sweep check measurement of the Agilent4294A impedance analyzer.
