采用连续功率超声对原位Mg2Si/AM60复合材料熔体进行处理,研究了超声处理对复合材料中的第二相形貌以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经过600W超声处理60s,原位自生Mg2Si颗粒增强AM60复合材料中的半连续网状Mg17Al12转变成颗粒状,粗大的汉字状Mg2Si破碎成细小的颗粒状,较均匀地弥散分布,晶粒尺寸减少到80μm,其抗拉强度和伸长率较无超声的178.24MPa、3.56%分别提高了10.4%、48.3%,达到196.75MPa、5.28%。
In-situ Mg2Si/AM60 composites melt was treated by continuous power ultrasonic.Effects of ultrasonic treatment on secondary phase morphology and mechanical properties of Mg2Si/AM60 composites were investigated.The results show that the morphology of Mg17Al12 exhibits the change from semi-continuous net-structure into granular shape in the in-situ Mg2Si/AM60 composites,and coarse Chinese script Mg2Si phases become fine granular shape and uniformly distributed in the composites with ultrasonic treatment of 600W power for 60 s.The grain size is reduced to 80 μm,meanwhile,the tensile strength and elongation of Mg2Si/AM60 composites are increased to 196.75 MPa and 5.28%,respectively,increased by 10.4% and 48.3%,compared with 178.24 MPa and 3.56% of one without ultrasonic treatment.
