选用合适组成及相对分子质量的苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物作成膜物质,添加某些辅助料,研制了一种热熔型可剥离涂料。探讨了超细二氧化硅、活性碳酸钙、流平剂用量对可剥离涂料性能的影响。结果表明:超细二氧化硅、活性碳酸钙、流平剂的添加量分别占物质总质量的13.0%、10.0%、1.0%时,该涂膜的抗张强度达7.5MPa,断裂伸长率为410%,剥离强度13kN·m^-1,涂膜邵氏硬度21,同时涂膜具有良好的耐化学性和较好的耐热性,是一种用于钢材、铝材、玻璃等基材保护的性能较为理想的热熔型可剥离涂料。
A hot- melt strippable coatings has been preparated by using styrene- isoprene-styrene block tercopolymer as film former and some supplementary materials. Effects of dosage of ultra fine silica, activated calcium carbonate and leveling agent on properties of the strippable coatings were discussed. The results showed that the tensile strength, elongation at break, peeling strength and saul hardness of the strippable coatings film were 7.5 MPa, 410% , 13 kN·m^-1 and 21 respectively, when the ultra fine silica, activated calcium and leveling agent were 13.0%, 10.0% and 1.0% of total mass respectively. And the the strippable coatings film showed good chemical resistance and thermostability. The hot -melt strippable coatings could be used for temporary protection of iron and steel, aluminium, glass, etc.
