目的建立稳定的豚鼠至大鼠的异种肝移植模型。方法在传统"二袖套"法基础上进行改良,并分预实验和正式试验两组进行手术时间和手术成功率的比较。结果实验通过改良型二袖套法进行肝移植手术80对,预实验手术25对,成功率68%,正式手术35对,成功率89%,显著高于预实验(P〈0.05),而手术时间明显低于预实验(P〈0.05)。结论改进的异种肝移植术操作简便,随着手术者经验的提高可明显提高手术成功率,可作为异种肝移植实验可靠的动物模型制作。
Objective To establish a stable rat model of liver xenotransplantation.Methods By improving the traditional "two-cuff" method of liver transplantation,the animals were divided into preliminary and formal groups,to compare the duration and success rate of operation.Results Eighty pairs of animals were operated by the improved method.The preliminary group was 25 pairs,in whom the success rate was 68%.The formal group was 35 pairs,in whom the success rate was 89%.The success rate of formal group was obviously higher than that of the preliminary group,but the operating duration was significantly shorter than that of the preliminary group.Conclusion The improved method of liver transplantation is easy to operate and can obviously improve the success rate with improved surgical experience.This method can be used to establish the stable rat model of liver xenotransplantation.
