目的观察中医体质辨识治疗甲状腺相关眼病的临床疗效。方法将60例符合入选标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，2组均以抗甲状腺药物、左旋甲状腺素片及激素治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用中医体质辨识指导下使用中药及中医外治法施治，2组均治疗3个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率（86．67％）明显高于对照组（70％），P〈0．05；2组CAS评分、突眼度治疗前后比较，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05；治疗后2组比较差异也有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论采用中医体质辨识对甲状腺相关眼病治疗有较好的治疗作用。

英文摘要：

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM constitution identification in the treatment of thyroid related ophthalmopathy. Methods A total of 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each of the group has 30 cases. Both of the groups were treated by anti-thyroid drugs, sinistral thyroxine and hormone. Besides the treatment group use traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of TCM on the basis of the WM under the guidance of TCM constitution identification. Two groups were treated for 3 months as a period of treatment and then the curative effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （86.67%） is significantly higher than the control group （70%） and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Comparing CAS score and degree of exophthalmus between the two groups before and after treatment , the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the two groups have the statistically significant difference after the treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of thyroid related ophthalmopathy has good therapeutic effect.
