为了更好地辅助项目成员的评价和选择,提出一种知识型员工—项目匹配程度的计算方法。将项目和员工涉及的知识点映射到几何代数空间,并利用结构力学的思想优化知识点的位置,使这些点之间的距离与给定的语义距离一致。使用多维空间中的不同点集分别表示企业待选员工和项目所需员工的工作能力,并构建了基于内积和外积的综合距离指标,通过计算点集之间的距离间接获得员工与项目的匹配程度。以某知识管理系统开发项目成员选择为例,对所提方法进行了应用研究,结果表明,通过计算该距离指标,能够较好地评估待选员工与项目的匹配程度。
To better assist the evaluation and selection of project members, a matching method of knowledge workers and project was proposed. Knowledge points of workers and project were mapped to the geometric algebra space, and their positions were optimized by structural mechanics theory. The distances between these points were consist- ent with the given semantic distances. The competence of knowledge worker was expressed by a set of points in a multidimensional space. The comprehensive distance index of inner product and outer product was constructed. The matching degree between knowledge worker and project could be obtained by calculating the distance between the point sets. Taking knowledge workers selection of a knowledge management system project as an example, the matching degrees between workers and project were well evaluated by calculating the comprehensive indexes.
