为提高城市路网在应急事件下的疏散效率,综合运用反向车道与冲突消除2种应急交通组织措施对疏散网络进行优化设计。研究了2种控制策略的衔接方案,建立了基于反向车道与冲突消除的联合优化方法,并根据疏散节点特性细化为交叉口优化和快速路优化2类;提出了网络过饱和度的概念以量化疏散交通负荷程度,构建了网络总疏散时间与网络过饱和度综合最优的双层规划模型,并设计了基于禁忌搜索算法的求解算法。结果表明:基于反向车道与冲突消除的联合优化方法在过饱和疏散网络路段通行能力与交叉口通行效率上有较好的优化效果,且将网络合流冲突数控制在一个较小值,能够实现疏散效率和合流冲突点的综合最优。
To improve the evacuation efficiency of urban road network during emergency,an integrated control method with contraflow and conflict elimination was proposed for the optimal evacuation network design.The coordination of the two control methods was studied and the integrated optimization method with contraflow and conflict elimination was established.Based on the evacuation node characteristics,the proposed method contained two aspects:intersection optimization and expressway optimization.Network overload degree was presented to quantize the grade of evacuation traffic load. A bi-level programming model was established for comprehensive optimization of total evacuation time and network overload degree,and a TS-based solution method was used to solve the evacuation model.The results show that the integrated optimization method with contraflow and conflict elimination has preferable optimization effects on road evacuation capacity and intersection evacuation efficiency for overloaded evacuation network.The control of total network merging conflicts to fewer can yield a better balance between efficiency and merging.
