采用流延法与化学气相渗透(chemical vapor infiltration,CVI)工艺相结合制备SiC_w/SiC层状结构陶瓷,研究碳化硅颗粒(SiC particle,SiC_p)对SiC_w/SiC层状结构陶瓷弯曲强度和断裂韧性的影响.结果表明:适当比例的SiC_p能够有效提高SiC_w/SiC层状结构陶瓷的力学性能.随着SiCp粒径增加,层状结构陶瓷材料力学性能逐渐升高后有所降低,当SiC_p粒径为1.5μm时材料的力学性能最佳.
Laminated SiC_w/SiC structural ceramics were fabricated by tape casting and chemical vapor infiltration(CVI),effect of particle reinforcement on mechanical properties of the ceramics were investigated.The results showed that appropriate proportion SiC particle(SiCp) can effectively increase mechanical properties of the ceramics.With increasing of SiCp size,the mechanical properties of the ceramics can increase gradually and decrease subsequently,which can reach the optimum with 1.5 μm particle size of SiCp.
