为研究不同结构的外源基因对内源基因的影响,通过农杆菌介导的遗传转化法将3种不同结构的外源ACO基因导入番茄基因组中,对3种不同载体转基因植株的乙烯生成情况进行了检测。结果表明,3种载体中,RNAi对内源ACO基因表达抑制作用最明显。
To analyze the effect of different structures of foreign genes on the endogenous genes, three different T-DNA structures of ACO gene were introduced into tomato genome through the method of Agrobacturium-mediated transformation. The ethylene evolution of the transgenic tomato plants was measured by gas chromatography. The results showed that in the three different transgenic plants the maximum inhibition of endogenous ACO gene expression was observed using RNAi vectors.
