通过对液压管路中压力波传递速度的测量,推算液压介质的体积弹性模量,并对液压系统介质体积弹性模量进行了实际测量。论述了在油气两相状态下,液压介质体积弹性模量变化的随机性。采用最新的非插入式测量方法,把压力测量夹具安装在管路的两处,检测压力波达到不同夹具的时间差,计算波速。该方法可以方便地测量液压油管各段的弹性模量,同时对管路没有任何破坏,影响小,测量准确。结果可为系统仿真、设备的选型与液压设备管理工作提供参考,并给设计人员提供依据。
By measuring propagation speed of pressure wave in a hydraulic pipe, elastic modulus of its hydraulic medium can be calculated, and also the modulus is measured in practice. The randomness of elastic modulus of hydraulic medium under oil-gas two phase flow condition is discussed. A new non-intrusive measurement is adopted. In order to calculate the speed of wave propagation pressure measuring clamps are installed at two separate positions of the pipe to obtain difference of the time when pressure wave arriving at the pressure clamps. With this method elastic modulus of hydraulic medium in every section of hydraulic oil pipes can be measured conveniently and no any damage for the pipe is caused. The results of measurement are reliable due to its non-intrusive feature of the method and can be a reference for system simulation, selection of facility type, design and management of hydraulic system.
