本研究通过对中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)的225名广东省10~15岁青少年数据分析,旨在探究家庭教养方式、自尊与青少年主观幸福感的关系。研究发现:首先,被调查的青少年的主观幸福感比较高,普遍感觉“幸福”或者“非常幸福”,但亦有23%的调查者认为“一般”;其次,家庭教养方式、自尊与主观幸福感显著相关;第三,家庭教养方式不仅直接影响主观幸福感,还通过自尊间接部分影响青少年的幸福感。因此,良好的、健康的家庭教养方式对于提升青少年的幸福感具有相当重要的意义,家长应该多鼓励、多沟通、多关注和多表扬青少年,让青少年快乐、幸福成长。
Based on the data of 225 subjects aging 10 to 15 of Chinese Family Panel Studies (CFPS2009) in Guangdong Province, this paper means to study the internal relationships between parental rearing style, self - esteem and adolescents' subjective well -being (SWB). Results indicate that, firstly, most of the investigated adolescents feel "happy" or "very happy", with an exception of 23% feeling "so so" ; secondly, there is a strongly positive correlation between parental rearing style, self - esteem and SWB; thirdly, regression analysis shows that parental rearing style has both a direct positive effect on subjective SWB, and an indirect positive effect on SWB through the completely intermediary self - esteem. Therefore, a healthy and friendly parental rearing style is vitally significant to promote adolescents SWB, and thus more encourages, communications, focus and praise are advised to t)arents.
