为研究采空区瓦斯抽放条件下自然发火的规律,建立了瓦斯抽放条件下综放面采空区自然发火的CFD模型,采用计算流体动力学技术模拟了该条件下高瓦斯综放工作面采空区氧气浓度的分布,并采用现场实测数据对模型进行了校准和验证,利用模拟结果分析了采空区瓦斯抽放条件下,浮煤自然发火的规律,分析了采空区瓦斯抽放和防灭火之间的关系,提出了瓦斯抽放条件下的防灭火工作技术思路与关键技术。
In order to study the law of coal spontaneous combustion in gob,the paper has developed a Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD for short) model for it in condition of gas suction from gob in fully mechanized caving face.With CFD technology,the paper has simulated the oxygen concentration distribution in gob in fully mechanized caving face with high gas,and the model is also verified with the in-situ measured data.Based on the simulation result,the paper has analyzed the law of float coal spontaneous combustion in gob in condition of gas drainage and the relationship between gas suction from gobs and fire-fighting.At last,the paper proposes the working thoughts and key techniques for fire-fighting work in condition of gas drainage.
