氧化锆表面制备衬里层对锆-瓷结合力影响的初步研究

目的:初步探讨氧化锆陶瓷表面制备衬里层对其锆-瓷结合力的影响。材料方法:16片氧化锆陶瓷试件致密烧结后随机分为两组,标记为C组和L组,C组空白对照、L组预先烧结一薄层衬里层即Vita VM9Effect Bonder(Eb)。全部试件表面烧结饰瓷后应用平行剪切实验进行锆-瓷结合强度测试,并通过扫描电镜观察破坏界面的表面形貌。结果:L组的平行剪切强度为26.96±2.78MPa、C组剪切强度为22.15±2.29MPa,两组锆-瓷界面破坏方式均以粘接破坏为主。在氧化锆表面制备衬里层后其剪切强度显著提高,二者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:在致密烧结后氧化锆表面预先烧结一薄层Vita VM9 Effect Bonder(Eb)来制备衬里层,能一定程度提高锆瓷结合强度。

英文摘要:

Objective: To evaluate the effects of surface modification with the liner on the bonding strength between zirconia and veneering porcelain. Methods: 16 zirconia specimens were randomly divided into two groups after dense sintering:Group C as the control group, and Group L with a thin layer of the liner Vita VM9 Effect Bonder(Eb) pre-sintered on the surface of the specimens. All specimens were sintered with veneering porcelain before measuring the bond strength. The Scanning Electron Microscopy was used to observe the surface morphology of the damaged interface. Results: The parallel shear bond strength of Group L was 26.96±2.78 MPa, and the main interface failure mode was adhesive damage. That of group C was also adhesive damage, and its parallel shear bond strength was 22.15 ±2.29 MPa. The shear bond strength of the group which pre-sintered the liner on the surface of zirconia was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 〈0.05).Conclusions: The bonding strength of veneer-zirconia interface of the specimens pre-sintered with a thin layer of the liner Vita VM9 Effect Bonder(Eb) was significantly higher, and it could provide guidance for zirconia surface treatment before sintering veneering porcelain.
