SI Pengbo, received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in communications engineering and communication and information system both from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He joined Beijing Uni- versity of Technology, Beijing, China in 2009, where he is currently an Associate Professor. During No- vember 2007 and November 2008, he was a visiting Ph.D. Candidate at Carleton University, Ottawa, Can- ada. His research interests include cognitive radio system, mobile cloud computing and green commu- nication networks. He has been a principal investigator of projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, the Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China, etc. He served as the Technical Program Committee (TPC) Co-Chair of the IEEE ICCC-GMCN' 2013, Program Vice-Chair of IEEE GreenCom'2013, and TPC member of numerous conferences including IEEE GLOBECOM'2013/2011, ISCI'2013, ICUMT'2013/ 2012/2011, CHINACOM'2012, etc. Further, he has been the reviewer of IEEE Journal on Selected Area on Communications (IEEE JSAC), IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, Wireless Networks, Journal of Engineering and Computer Innovations, International Journal of Communication Systems, European Transactions on Telecommunica- tions, IEEE ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC, VTC, etc. He is a member of the IEEE. From 2002 to 2004, he was with Ericsson (in Lund, Sweden), where he worked on the research and development of dual mode UMTS/GPRS handsets.
