从改进超声针灸的声场形态入手,研究了“针”形声焦域的买现。遗过征凹球面压电陶瓷片分割成6b个面积相等的环域,对6个环域产生的轴向声场进行离散化。为了保证在“针”形声场区域内的声场尽可能的均匀、集中,“针”形区域外的声强尽可能的低,建立了约束规划模型。采用了拉格朗日乘子约束优化方法,对模型进行优化,最终得到了想要的声场分布。计算机模拟和实验都表明,用该方法设计的“针”形声场分布满足超声针灸的需要
Starting from improving the sound field patterns of ultrasonic acupuncture, the way to achieve the needle-shaped sound field is studied. A concave spherical surface piezoelectric ceramics is separated into six equal circular domains,with diseretization of the axial sound field generated by the six-ring domain. In order to achieve axial need/e-shaped sound field and ensure uniform and concentration of sound field in needle-shaped region. Augmented Lagrange Algorithm is used to optimize the control of the six rings' phase,and ultimately achieve the desired sound field distribution. The distribution of needle-shaped focused sound field is conducive to accurately stimulate acupuncture points. Both the simulation and test results show that needle-shaped focused sound field can well meet the needs for ultrasonic acupuncture.
