中亚地区在丝绸之路经济带构建过程中具有极其重要的战略地位,伴随着地区格局和国际形势的不断演变,中亚地区民族问题及相关因素出现了新的变化和特点。民族问题可能影响中亚国家经济政策的连续性和稳定性,破坏中亚地区正常经济秩序,威胁我国在中亚地区投资安全。要防范区域内民族问题给丝绸之路经济带建设带来的风险,利用当前区域内有利民族因素推进丝绸之路经济带建设,积极发挥丝绸之路经济带建设在解决中亚地区民族问题中的作用。
英文摘要：
The Central Asia possesses a significant strategic position in the process of establishing ’ Economic Belt of Silk Road’. Along with the continuous evolution of the regional pattern as well as the international situation the ethnic problems and the relevant factors in the Central Asia also have appeared novel variations and features. The ethnic problems may affect the continuity and stability of the economic policies in the Central Asia countries,destroy the normal economic order in this region and further threaten the investment security of our country in Central Asia. We must take advantage of the favorable ethnic factors at present,give great impetus to the establishment of the economic belt,and at the same time positively give play the role of the economic belt in resolving the ethnic problems in Central Asia region so as to prevent the potential risks in Central Asia brought by the ethnic problems.
