Enterprise external environment is dynamic and vavied, esperially in the transiton from traditional industrial economy to network environment. Network environment includes the cyberworld, cross - organization networks and interpersonal relationship networks based on the network technology, appearing as a new economic form： cybereconomy. The paper finds out the characteristics of network environment from multiple angles contrast to the industrial economy, such as technology base, economic form, commercial pattern and management pattern. Companies should diligently adapt to the external environment and pusitively create advantageous internal environment simultaneously.
