电液加载系统是用于评价机械操纵执行部件在施加负载情况下运动性能的负载模拟部件,加载控制的难点是要求加载系统在伴随操纵部件运动的前提下施加载荷谱所对应的期望负载力。为了提高加载系统在位置扰动条件下的加载性能,在对加载系统多余力产生的机理加以分析的基础上,详细论述了现有的多余力抑制方法及特点,以及相关研究成果。
Electro-hydraulic loading system is a load simulation component to evaluate the control performance of the actuator or the manipulator of the machinery under applied load. The difficulty to a loading system is to impose the expected load force corresponding to the load spectrum following the movement of the manipulating unit. In or- der to improve the performance of the loading system under the condition of position disturbance, the existing methods and their characteristics are discussed in detail based on the analysis of the generating mechanism of extraneous force, and, the research results in the aspects of extraneous force suppression are also introduced.
