As the migration mobility, increasing the uncertainty of the distribution of population, the evaluation of population distribution is particularly important. Multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and Kendall coefficient of rank correlation are used to study the rationalization of population distribution in Jiangsu. The conclusion that the population distribution in Jiangsu is reasonable relatively is obtained. From the development trend, the population distribution in Jiangsu inclines to be reasonable progressively.
