概述了液泡加工酶VPE的分类、特性及成熟方式,分析其对液泡功能的调控,阐述了该酶在液泡介导的植物防御机制中的作用。指出VPE通过自催化成熟,其分为3个亚家族:种子型VPE、营养型VPE和新型VPF,其中,种子型VPE介导储藏蛋白质的加工;营养型和新型VPE调控植物细胞程序性死亡。
The classification, characters and maturation methods of VPEs were summarized, and its regulation function to vacuolar was analyzed, furthermore, the effect of the enzyme in vacuolar-mediated plant defense mechanism was discussed. It pointed out that through autocata- lytie mature of VPEs, they were divided into 3 subfamilies : seed-type, vegetative-type and uncharacterized-type. Hereinto, seed-type mediated the process of storage protein, vegetative-type and uncharacterizcd-type regulated and controlled procedural death of plant cells.
