目的:介绍我院自行研制的胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置生物力学评价.方法:在12 具尸体 24 条胫骨行胫骨结节骨牵引,随机分成2组.观察组安装胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置,对照组是普通的胫骨结节骨牵引.比较2组的抗拉伸、 抗弯曲,以及抗旋转强度.结果:生物力学测定观察组与对照组,抗弯曲强度无显著差异, 两者无统计学意义 (P=0.3419);观察组抗拉伸强度明显增强, 统计学结果有显著意义(P〈0.05).结论:我院自行研制的胫骨结节骨牵引防滑脱装置设计独特, 具有良好的抗拉伸、抗弯曲能力,值得临床推广.
Objective:To introduce our hospital developed by biomechanical evaluation of tibial tubercle traction non - skid device. Methods : In 12 bodies of 24 tibia line tibial tubercle traction, randomly divided into two groups.
