设计合成了一系列(L1-L3)基于氨基硫脲的pH传感器分子,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了其对酸碱的响应.结果表明,只有传感器分子L3在(DMSO∶H2O=5∶5)HEPES(10mmol)的缓冲体系中对pH有明显的响应并伴随显著的颜色变化.在酸性条件下(pH〈7.0)该受体为无色,pH=7.5-8.5时为受体自身颜色,碱性条件下(pH〉9.0)呈深红色,pH突跃范围为7.0-9.0.
A series of colorimetric pH sensors(L1~L3) based on nitrophenyl thiosemicarbazide are reported.The pH sense properties of them are investigated by UV-vis spectroscopy in DMSO/H2O binary solution.The sensor L3 shows obvious response for pH changes through dramatic color changes in DMSO/H2O HEPES buffered solution.The sensor L3 is colorless under acid condition(pH7.0).When pH is 7.5~8.5,it displays itself color,brown.When the sensor is under basic condition(pH9.0),it shows crimson.The pH jump range of the sensor is 7.0~9.0.
