超重力旋转床是一项强化混合与传质的新技术,在石油化工、环境保护、制药等行业有着广阔的应用前景。今以水为研究对象,拍摄超重力旋转床内从不同丝径的填料甩出的液体形态图片,利用后处理软件计算得到液滴的平均直径和速度。研究结果表明,液滴平均直径随填料径向厚度、转速的增大而减小,随液量增加而增大;液滴速度则随填料径向厚度、转速及液量增大而增大,同时关联出填料层内液滴平均直径和速度的关系式。研究结果为超重力旋转床的理论研究和工业上的应用提供了一定的依据。
Rotating packed bed (RPB) with super gravity is a new technology used to intensify mass transfer and micromixing, which has a wide application prospect in many industrial fields, such as chemical engineering, petroleum industry, environmental protection, pharmacy and so on. The water was used as the research object, and the packing wires with two different diameter sizes were used respectively in the RPB, the images of the liquid thrown out from the packing were photoed. The size of droplets and velocity of flowing liquid in RPB were analyzed by using post-processing software. The results show that the average diameter of liquid droplets decreases when the radial thickness of packing and rotating speed increase or the liquid flow rate decreases. On the other hand, the velocity of droplets becomes higher with the increase of all the above three operating conditions. Moreover, according to experimental results, the correlations of the velocity and average diameter of the droplets in the RPB were related. The research conclusion may provide some reference for theoretical studies and industrial application of the rotating packed bed.
