以无机钒酸钇(YVO4)为主要原料制备了稀土离子Eu3+掺杂的纳米发光薄膜,研究了薄膜的形态结构和发光性能.薄膜的发射强度和寿命随着x(Eu3+)的增加而增大,在x(Eu3+)为7%时强度达到最大,随后随着x(Eu3+)的增加而减小;随着烧结温度从500℃提高到700℃,薄膜发光强度增强,寿命逐渐加长.
Nano-luminescent film (YVO4/Eu) doped with Eu3 + ions has been prepared with inorganic YVO4 as its main raw materials. The structure and fluorescence properties of the film have been studied. The result indicates that the film fluorescence lifetime increases along with the augment of the doping Eu3+ concentration. When it reaches the best luminous density to 7 %, the intensity attains to its maximum and the life-span value is the longest, afterwards the life of film reduces with the increase of concentration, Along with agglomeration temperature enhancement from 500℃ to 700℃, the film luminous intensity elevates, the life lengthens gradually.
