目的:检测CyclinD1和Ki67在涎腺腺样囊性癌(Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma,ACC)中的表达状况,探讨其与ACC发生及预后的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法,分别检测CyclinD1和Ki67在10例正常涎腺组织(normal salivary gland,NSG)及40例ACC组织中的表达。实验数据采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学分析。结果:CyclinD1和Ki67在NSG中基本无表达,而在ACC中阳性表达率明显增高,且实体型组高于腺管型组和筛孔型组,复发组和转移组比无复发组和无转移组阳性表达率显著增高,但与患者性别、年龄及发生部位无相关性。结论:CyclinD1在ACC中高表达,提示其表达异常是ACC发生的重要机制之一;CyclinD1和Ki67的表达与ACC的生长亚型显著相关,提示实体型ACC预后更差;两种蛋白的过度表达与ACC的复发转移显著相关,故联合检测CyclinD1和Ki67将有助于预测肿瘤患者的预后。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcino- ma (ACC) and assess their roles in the carcinogenesis and prognosis of ACC. Methods: Immunohistochemical meth- ods were used to investigate the expression of cyclin D1 and Ki67 in 40 cases of ACC and 10 cases with normal salivary gland. Data were analyzed using SPSS 11.5. Results: Cyclin D1 and Ki67 expression could hardly be observed in NSG, but their expressions increased greatly in ACC. Significant differences could be observed in Cyclin D1 and Ki67 expressions between ACC and normal controls, Especially, solid type of ACC showed increased expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67. In addition, positive expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 could be recognized in all recurrent and metastatic cases. Conclusion: The expression of Cyelin D1 might play a certain role in the development and progres- sion of ACC. Cyclin D1 and Ki67 expressions are related with the recurrence and metastasis of ACC. Combined a nalysis of the expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 might be useful in the diagnosis and prognosis of ACC
