用分形理论探讨了液态In-80%Sn结构及其变化,证实了液体结构中存在分形结构,发现随着温度的升高,与液态合金其它结构参数一样,分形维数也发生了不连续的变化,提出分形维数是一个结构敏感参量.分析认为液态In-Sn合金结构所出现的不连续变化是由于液体中粒子集合体线度减小而出现的线度效应所造成的,分形维数的突变是温度诱导液态结构不连续的基本特性.
Fractal has been used to describe the structure and its changes of liquid In-80%Sn alloy. The fractal structure was proved to be existential in liquid In-80%Sn alloy, the fractal dimension discontinuously changed with temperature rising, which is the same as the changes of the other structural parameters of the liquid alloy. Therefore, the fractal dimension is also a parameter sensitive to liquid structure. Moreover, the discontinuously change is induced by a size effect occuring when the size of particle cluster reduced to a certain extent. The discontinuity of fractal dimension is considered as a basic characteristic of temperature-induced discontinuous structural change of liquid alloy.
