鉴于高效磨削用热管砂轮对其基体强度提出了越来越高的要求,通过ANSYS仿真软件对其进行有限元数值模拟,分别探讨了两种不同基体材料的热管砂轮在空转条件下以及磨削力和离心力共同作用下的应力应变分布,得到了热管砂轮在不同转速下的应力分布图以及径向位移的分布情况,并完成砂轮基体的强度校核。仿真结果为热管砂轮结构的改进提供了有益的参考,对热管砂轮的结构优化具有理论指导意义。
With more and more requirements on body strength of heat pipe grinding wheel for high efficiency grinding, a finite element numerical (FEM) simulation on heat pipe grinding wheel body is analyzed by ANSYS software. The stress and strain distribution of two kinds of heat pipe grinding wheels, which are made of different body materials, are discussed. A series of stress and strain diagrams with different rotation speeds are drawn. Body strength check of heat pipe grinding wheels are done. Results of the simulation provide a guide for structure design and optimization of heat pipe grinding wheel.
