本文以溪洛渡特高拱坝为例,阐述现场浇筑全级配水工混凝土,进而确定特高拱坝真实断裂参数的方法与流程。分析特高拱坝混凝土真实断裂参数研究的必要性与可行性;建议现场浇筑成型试件与试验研究的有效途径。基于所提方法,在溪洛渡特高拱坝的施工现场浇筑成型楔入劈拉试件,并进行断裂性能的相关测试。本文研究结果表明:采用在施工现场浇筑成型全级配水工混凝土试件,并进行断裂试验,可更为准确地确定特高拱坝的真实断裂参数。
This paper elaborates a process for determination of the fracture properties of fully-graded hydraulic concrete by using testing specimens taken directly from dam construction site, focusing on a new method for obtaining the true fracture parameters of super-high arch dam in a case study of the Xiluodu arch dam. The necessity and feasibility of getting true fracture parameters of super-high arch dam are analyzed, the effective way of pouring, molding specimens at construction site, and experimental study on fracture of specimens are all suggested in this paper. Based on this method, practical casting of wedge splitting specimens and fracture tests have been carried out for fully-graded hydraulic concrete at the construction site of Xiluodu arch dam. The results show that the accuracy of true fracture parameters can be improved by in-situ casting and fracture testing of fully-graded hydraulic concrete of super-high arch dam.
