为提高超临界水氧化法处理剩余污泥的效果,采用响应面分析法,以CODCr去除率为响应值,对超临界水氧化法处理剩余污泥的反应温度、反应压力、停留时间和氧化剂过氧比等参数进行优化.结果表明:反应压力和反应温度是影响剩余污泥CODCr去除率的主要因素;反应压力、反应温度和停留时间存在交互作用;温度〈410℃,停留时间〈120 s时,压力对CODCr去除率的影响较大;最优化条件是反应温度为434℃,反应压力为29 MPa,停留时间为278 s和氧化剂过氧比为216%,此时,CODCr去除率试验值可达97.72%~98.32%.
Optimization of temperature,pressure,retention time and oxidant dosage was studied in order to improve the efficiency of excess sludge treatment by supercritical water oxidation.Response surface methodology was applied with the removal ratio of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr) as the response value.It was shown that reaction temperature and reaction pressure were the key factors affecting the CODCr removal rate.Interaction was discovered among reaction pressure,temperature and retention time.The CODCr removal rate was mainly dependent on pressure when the temperature was less than 410 ℃ and the retention time was within 120 s.A maximum CODCr removal rate ranging from 97.72% to 98.32% was achieved under the optimized conditions,which were reaction temperature 434 ℃,pressure 29 MPa,retention time 278 s and oxidant dosage rate 216%.
