Dedication originates from division of labor in society, which leads to negative influence and immoral phenomena in labor. Dedication spirit is related to labor and vocation formed on the basis of labor. Dedication spirit in different historical periods and of different interest groups varies from one another. Dedica- tion spirit of Marxism is the basis of dedication spirit of socialism as well as one of the contents of core socialist values. The decisive factor influencing cultivation of dedication spirit of Marxism is the ＂realization of reasona- ble labor remuneration＂ ; the key factor is the ＂realization of decent work＂ ; and the fundamental factor lies in the ＂maintenance of labor justice＂.
