针对锌银蓄电池的工作特点,研究了其充电控制策略。采用预放电方式,避免蓄电池充电时单体电压突然升高;采用串联电阻,减小电流波动和电池损耗;采用电流/电压双闭环控制,实现蓄电池充电。阐述了智能充电器的总体设计思路,介绍了智能充电器的控制电路、主电路设计和软件设计等。根据锌银蓄电池充电策略研制的一种新型航空用大容量锌银蓄电池充电器,成功应用于某航空地面保障设备。所研制的充电器证明了充电策略的可行性和合理性。
The charge control strategy was investigated according to the characteristics of zinc-silver battery. Pre-discharging avoids the unexpectedly raising of the cell voltage when the battery is charging. Series resistances decrease current fluctuations and battery depletion. The charging of zinc-silver depends on the double-loop control of voltage and current. The design of the smart charger control circuit and main circuit was described, and the software design was introduced. A new type large capacity charger of aviation zinc-silver battery was developed based on the control strategy, and successfully applied in a aviation ground support equipment. The overall design concept of the smart charger was described. The developed chargers show the control strategy is feasible and reasonable.
