多西环素联合阿齐霉素对非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察及安全性评价

目的探讨多西环素联合阿齐霉素对非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察及安全性。方法选择2011年4月~2013年4月浙江省舟山市普陀区计划生育宣传技术指导站收治的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者119例作为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(59例),治疗组采用口服多西环素联合阿齐霉素治疗,对照组采用多西环素单纯治疗。观察两组治疗效果,并进行安全性评价。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.0%(57/60),对照组总有效率为84.7%(50/59),治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。用药后治疗组患者不良情况发生率为6.7%(4/60),对照组不良情况发生率为8.4%(5/59)。两组组间不良情况发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论多西环素联合阿齐霉素对非淋菌性宫颈炎具有较好的临床疗效,比单一用药疗效突出,且不良情况发生率较低,是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Doxycycline joint Azithromycin for nongonococcal cervicitis.Methods 119 cases with nongonococcal cervicitis were divided into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(59 cases) by different methods in Family Planning Publicity and Technical Guidance Station of Zhoushan Putuo District from April 2011 to April 2013.The treatment group were given Doxycycline joint Azithromycin by oral,while the control group were given Doxycycline treatment alone.Two groups of curative effect were observed and safety were evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.0%(57/60) in the treatment group,while it was 84.7%(50/59) in the control group,the treatment group had a higher effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The adverse events occurred in patients of treatment group was 6.7%(4/60),while it was 8.4%(5/59) in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion For nongonococcal cervicitis,the treatment of Doxycycline joint Azithromycin has a better clinical efficacy,and has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.It is a safe and reliable method.
