在水和乙醇的混合溶液中快速、方便地合成了一种双羧酸咪唑衍生物的碱金属配合物[Na(2-EtIMDC)(H2O)2](2-EtIMDC=2-甲基咪唑-4,5-二羧酸).用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析对其进行了表征,单晶X射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构.结果表明,此配合物属于正交晶系,Ibam空间群,晶胞参数a=1.446 0(5)nm,b=1.755 6(7)nm,c=0.653 3(2)nm,V=1.658 6(11)nm3,Z=8,F(000)=864;配合物通过分子间氢键和π-π相互作用自组装成了三维超分子网状结构;配合物在167℃前保持稳定;配合物对油菜籽幼苗的生长具有明显的促进作用,其效果优于配体和2,4-D.
The supramolecular complex[Na(2-EtIMDC)(H2O)2](2-EtIMDC=2-methyl imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid) is synthesized in water-ethyl alcohol mixture solution and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and TGA.The molecular structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The result shows that the complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with space group Ibam,a=1.446 0(5) nm,b=1.755 6(7) nm,c=0.653 3(2) nm,V=1.658 6(11) nm3,Z=8,F(000)=864.The cell packing diagram shows that the complex self-assembled with 3-dimensional supramolecular network supportes by H-bond and π-π interaction.The thermal gravimetric analysis shows the title compound is stable up to 167 ℃.The results of the bioactivity properties show that the title complexes have better plant growth regulating activity than the ligand and 2,4-D for the seeding of rape.
