The terminal characteristics of DC/DC are intrinsic characteristics, an improved fuzzy PID controller design method was proposed based on Fuzzy logic control and PID control for the complexity and time - varying of DC - DC converters. With the strongpoint of fuzzy logic control, which is different from the previous fuzzy control design methods, the proposed method requires no defuzzification module and the global stability of the proposed fuzzy control system can be guaranteed, and the new system can eliminate the effect of the large and small signal disturbances of the line voltage and the load on the output voltage. The proposed fuzzy PID controller was implemented by using a low -cost 8 -bit microcontroller, and the simulation and experimental results were given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
