能源互联网是通过先进电力电子技术、信息技术和智能能量管理技术实现电力、燃气、智能交通等网络间能量对等交换与共享的网络。在总结回顾能源互联网及其能量管理系统发展的基础上,分析了能源互联网对能量管理系统所提出的新要求,提出了适合能源互联网能量管理系统的分层递阶式控制架构。分析了能源互联网系统能量管理中涉及的先进量测技术、高可靠通信技术、节点可调度能力预测技术、基于模型预测控制的能量优化调度技术和基于云平台的大数据处理技术,最后结合具体应用实例进行了算例分析。
Energy internet is a network to achieve energy exchange and sharing equally among electricity systems, natural gas networks and transportation networks with advanced electrical technology, information technology and intelligent energy management technology. New requirements for energy management system(EMS) of energy internet are discussed based on reviewing developing of energy internet and its energy management system. Hierarchical control framework is proposed. The technologies which would be used in energy internet EMS, such as advanced metering technology, highly reliable communication technology, local energy network schedulable capacity prediction technology, energy optimal scheduling technology based on model predictive control and big data processing technology based on cloud platform, are analyzed. Finally, a detail case specially designed and constructed is discussed.
