环氧氯丙烷与4,4′-二羟基偶氮苯(AZO)经缩聚反应合成了预聚物DGAZO(聚4,4′-二缩水甘油醚偶氮苯);DGAZO通过开环加成反应与PEI(枝化聚乙烯亚胺)连接制得侧链含偶氮基团的共聚物DGAZO-co-PEI(聚4,4′-二缩水甘油醚偶氮苯-co-聚乙烯亚胺),其结构经UV,IR和荧光光谱表征。DGAZOc-o-PEI具有良好的光致发光性能,在615 nm处有明显的荧光发射峰。采用层层自组装法,通过石英基片在DGAZO苯溶液与PEI甲醇溶液中交替沉积构筑(DGAZO/PEI)n多层膜(Fn)。利用UV和原子力显微镜对Fn构筑过程与表面形貌进行了研究,结果显示,F7表面平整、光滑。
A prepolymer,DGAZO[poly(4,4′-diglycidyl ether azobenzene],was synthesized by condensation polymerization between epichlorohydrin and 4,4′-dihydroxyazobenzene(AZO).The copolymer(DGAZO-co-PEI) containing azobenzene groups on side-chain was prepared by ring-opening reaction of DGAZO with poly(ethyleneimine)(PEI).The structure was characterized by UV,IR and fluorescence spectroscopy.DGAZO-co-PEI exhibited good photoluminescence properties of its fluorescence emission peak at 615 nm.The multilayer film(Fn) of(DGAZO/PEI)n was prepared by layer-by-layer technique which DGAZO or PEI was alternately deposited on quartz slice in benzene or methanol solution.The assembling process and the morphological of Fn were investigated by UV and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The results showed that F7 exhibited smooth and defect-free surface.
