通过层层自组装壳聚糖功能化的石墨烯和磷钼杂多酸于半胱胺修饰的金电极,构筑磷钼杂多酸/壳聚糖-石墨烯的三明治夹心结构多层膜修饰的金电极.将构筑的传感器应用于N0ν2-的测定,结果表明,在最优的实验条件下检测N0ν2-的线性范围为9.50~67.63mmol/L,检出限为7.45mmol/L.根据测定的结果进一步改善传感器的制备和构筑,制备出选择性高、分析速度快、操作简单、稳定性和重复性好的传感器.
A novel sensor has been constructed by layer-by-layer hybridizing phosphomolybdate and chitosan functionalized graphene on a cysteamine modified gold electrode. This sensor exhibited good electrocatalytic ability to NO2- ions. The well catalytic activity of the sensor was ascribed to the porous structure of hybrid phosphomolybdate and chitosan functionalized graphene multilayer. The (PMA/(CS-GO)) 14/CYS/Au constructed in optimal conditions showed a good linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of NOν2- in the range of 9.50-67.63 mmol/L. The detection limit was 7.45 mmol/L. The resulted sensor exhibited extremely fast amperometric response, low detection limit, high selectivity and wide linear range to these analyses.
