为了解基因型、环境及其互作对我国冬小麦品质性状的影响,选择北方冬播麦区有代表性的65个小麦品种(系),分别在6个省份的11个地点种植,对其部分品质性状进行了分析。结果表明,品质指标在不同小麦品种(系)以及不同地点之间存在极显著差异;品质性状间相比,基因型(G)对籽粒硬度、环境(E)对千粒重、G×E互作对SDS沉淀值的影响较大。用AMMI模型(主效可加互作可乘)对基因型和环境互作的影响进行分析,G×E互作程度比较大的试点有北京、济南和徐州,比较小的为临汾试点,其中籽粒硬度和SDS沉淀值G×E互作程度较大的为北京和泰安试点,籽粒蛋白质G×E互作程度较大的为济南、烟台和徐州试点,千粒重G×E互作程度较大的为北京和徐州试点。不同品种的不同品质指标有不同的适宜地区,对于籽粒硬度,品种95(6)161、烟475在北京有较好的适宜性,原冬971在泰安有较好的适宜性iHS97—1、秦麦11的籽粒蛋白质含量在烟台、徐州有较好的适宜性;对于千粒重,农大3308、临旱917在北京,晋农218在济南,HS97—1在运城。中梁88303在烟台,豫农95027在徐州有好的适宜性;对于SDS沉淀值来说,中梁93646、中梁88303在北京.99G46、中91162在石家庄,L2—503、99G66在泰安。农大3383在运城,郑SP2027、临汾125在周口、徐州有好的适宜性。
Sixty five leading winter wheat cultivars from six wheat producing provinces, were planted in 11 sites in wheat growing season. Wheat quality traits were tested and analyzed. The result showed that there were differences at 1% probability significant level of wheat quality parameters among wheat cultivars and planting sites. Effect of genotype on grain hardness, effect of environment on thousands kernel weight and effect of G × E interaction on SDS sedimentation value were the greatest among the four quality traits, Analysis of AMMI model(the additive main effects and multiplicative interaction)indicated that the wheat growth environment in Beijing, Taian and Xuzhou had higher interactive effects of genotype and environment (G × E), wheras in Linfen had lower interactive effects. Meanwhlie, different planting environments were favorable for some quality traits of wheat cultivars. For examples, the enivironment in Beijing was appropriate for cultivars 95(6)161 and Yan 475, in Taian was appropriate for cultivar Yuandong 971 according to grain hardness. The environment in Yantai and Xuzhou were suitable for cultivars HS97-1 and Qinmail 1 on grain protein content. The environment in Beijing was suitable for cultivars Nongda 3308 and Linhan 917, the environment in Jinan for Jinnong 218, in Yuneheng for HS97-1, in Yantai for Zhongliang 88303, in Xuzhou for Yunong 95027 were suitable on thousands kernel weight. For SDS sedimentation value, Beijing for Zhongliang 93646 and Zhongliang 88303, Shijiazhuang for cultivars 99G46 and Zhong91162, Taian for L2-503 and 99G66, Yuncheng for Nongda 3383, Zhoukou and Xuzhou for ZhengSP2027 and Linfen 125 were suitable.
