利用化学镀在AZ80镁合金表面制备了Cu镀层和Cu-TiO2复合镀层,通过XRD、SEM和EDS对镀层的成分和形貌进行了分析,并在3.5%Na Cl溶液中测试其腐蚀电位随时间的变化曲线。结果表明:Cu镀层和Cu-TiO2复合镀层表面均匀性和平整性较好,它们的腐蚀电位分别为-260mV和-200mV,相比镁基体都有很大的提高;同时对镀层的表面硬度也进行了测试,发现Cu镀层和Cu-TiO2镀层的硬度分别为193.03 HV和116.90HV,相比镁基体97.58 HV有较大改善。
Cu coating and Cu-TiO2 composite coating were prepared on AZ80 Mg alloy surface by eletroless. The composition and morphology of coating were analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDS. And the curve of corrosion potential versus time of coating was tested in 3.5% NaC1 solution. The results show that the surfaces of Cu coating and Cu-TiO: coating are uniform and smooth. Their corrosion potentials are -260 mV and -200 mV, which are greatly improved compared with the Mg matrix. And the surface hardness of the coating was also tested. The results show that their hardness are 193.03 HV and 116.90 HV. And the hardness of the matrix is 97.58 HV.
