将废旧瓦楞纸板粉碎制浆,与高密度聚乙烯通过注塑成型制备废纸浆/HDPE复合材料。研究了废纸浆含量,相容剂HDPE-g-MAH和LDPE-g-GMA,加工助剂S-105、TKM-M80和Deoflow A对废纸浆/HDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,通过扫描电镜SEM分析了复合材料的冲击断面,结果表明,HDPE-g-MAH和TKM-M80共同增容的废纸浆/HDPE复合材料的力学性能得到明显提升。SEM电镜分析表明,经HDPE-g-MAH和TKM-M80增容后的复合材料,纸浆纤维和HDPE界面模糊,相容性很好。
Grinded the waste corrugated paper to paper pulp,and manufactured the waste paper pulp/high density polyethylene composites by injection molding.Studied the fact of waste paper pulp content,different compatiliizer HDPE-g-MAH(maleic anhydride grafted high density polyethylene)and LDPE-g-GMA(glycidyl methacrylate grafted low density polyethylene),different processing aids S-105、TKM-M80 and Deoflow A to the influence of mechanical properties of waste paper pulp/HDPE composites.Also,by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),analysis the impact fracture surface of the composites,some conclusions can be draw,The interaction between compatilizer HDPE-g-MAH and processing aids TKM-M80 can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the composites.The interface between HDPE and paper pulp gets a good compatibility by the HDPE-g-MAH and TKM-M80 treaded.
