结合水的理化性质,研发了一种插装式直动水液压溢流阀.该阀的阀芯采用箭头状补偿结构,阀口采用二级阀口.基于CFD(计算流体力学)方法,研究了阀口结构参数对其水力学特性的影响.建立了该阀的数学模型,研制出试验装置,对其静动态特性进行了仿真与试验研究.研究结果表明:箭头状补偿结构、合适的阀芯锥角及二级阀口能有效地提高溢流阀的性能,所研制的水液压溢流阀静动态性能良好.
Based on the characteristics of water, a water hydraulic direct-operated pressure relief valve (PRV) with an arrow spool and a serial two-stage throttle was developed. Through the CFD (compu- tational fluid dynamics), the influence of the structural parameters of the valve port on its hydraulic characteristics was studied. Numerical model was established and a prototype was built. Simulations and experiments were carried out to investigate the static and dynamic performances of the design. The results show that the arrow compensation structure, suitable cone angle and two-stage throttle can improve PRV's performance, and the PRV has good static and dynamic characteristics.
