With the help of ideal extension theory of semigroup, the extension structure of Cwrpp Rees radical of semigroup was studied and the structure characteristics of extension semigroup of Cwrpp Rees radical were proved. In other word, S is an extension semigroup of Cwrpp Rees radical if and only if S is a wrpp semigroup which has strong Cwrpp Rees radical. At the same time some kinds of extension structures of Cwrpp Rees radical were given and through an example the special significance of the extension semigroup was illustrated.
