目的研究分析经阴道三维超声成像在胎儿小脑蚓部发育异常中应用价值。方法从2015年10月—2016年10月在我院接受产前超声检查的孕妇中,选取经产前超声检查、系统胎儿检测显示疑似胎儿小脑蚓部发育异常者40例作为观察组,选取同时期40例正常胎儿作为对照组,均接受经阴道三维超声容积对比成像联合C平面技术(VCI-C)检查,回顾性分析检查资料。结果 40例疑似小脑蚓部发育异常胎儿经VCI-C检查,单纯后颅窝池增宽14例,Dandy-Walker变异10例,Blake’s囊肿9例,Dandy-Walker畸形7例,Dandy-Walker变异、Blake’s囊肿、Dandy-Walker畸形胎儿BT、BV明显大于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论经阴道三维超声容积对比成像联合C平面技术对胎儿小脑蚓部发育异常具有较高的诊断价值,对指导孕妇尽早决定胎儿去留具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the application value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in fetal cerebellar vermis dysplasia. Methods: In pregnant women received prenatal ultrasonography in our hospital from October2015 to October 2016,after prenatal ultrasonography and systematic fetal detection,40 cases of fetuses suspected fetal cerebellar vermis dysplasia were selected as observation group,40 cases of contemporaneous normal fetuses were selected as control group. Both groups received transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound volume contrast imaging combined with VCIC detection,all detection data were retrospectively reviewed. Results: After VCI-C detection,in 40 cases of fetuses suspected fetal cerebellar vermis dysplasia,Simple broadened posterior cranial fossa 14 cases,Dandy-Walker variation 10 cases,Blake's Cyst 9 cases,Dandy-walker Malformation 7 cases,the BT and BV of Dandy-Walker variation and Blake's Cyst and Dandy-walker Malformation were both significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound volume contrast imaging combined with VCI-C detection has great diagnostic value in fetal cerebellar vermis dysplasia,It is of great significance to guide pregnant women to decide the fate of the fetus as soon as possible.
