三维图形仿真技术在疏浚试验和作业训练中有广泛的应用。根据绞吸船的结构与运行特点在对本人完成的绞吸船三维图形仿真模型进行动作流程分析的基础上,阐述了两种变速控制的方法。一种是直接控制,由Python脚本语言实现对船身、绞刀臂等旋转速度的控制;另一种是间接控制,通过对预设的实时动画播放速度的控制来间接实现对绞吸船作业流程的速度控制。最后,对两种方法作了分析比较。
Three-dimensional (3D) graphic simulation technology is widely used for the dredging experiment and operation training. The running process of 3D graphic simulation model of cutter suction dredger was analyzed according to its structure and operation feature. Both the direct and indirect speed control methods were explained. The former was adopted to complete the rotation speed control of dredger body and cutter arm by Python script language; the latter was adopted to complete the speed control of the whole dredging process by controlling the real-time animation rate. Finally, the two methods were compared.
