The experiment isolated some endophytic fungi from the medicinal Dendrobium plants by plate separation technology, selected the strains with antagonistic activities to pathogenic fungi through plate confrontation test, and then identified the antagonistic fungi by molecular technology. The results show that there are two kinds of antagonistic fungi isolated from mycorrhiza, which belong to Genus Nigrospora and Botryospheria respectively.
