利用SDH-401型高低温恒湿箱对聚氨酯弹性体进行了7d的实验。选取Ⅱ型哑铃状标准件利用W-WDW-20型非金属材料万能试验机进行了大变形拉伸试验。研究了聚氨酯弹性体材料在不同的试验周期下拉伸力学行为,得到了未湿热老化和不同试验周期共八组材料的拉伸应力.应变关系曲线和聚氨酯弹性体材料各力学性能指标。由此分析了随着试验周期的不同湿热作用对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能影响及其老化率随湿热作用的变化规律。结果表明,湿热作用对材料的弹性模量,屈服强度,定伸应力与断裂伸长率等力学性能及其老化率有显著的影响,随着试验周期的增长材料的这些力学指标下降明显。
A 7-day test on polyurethane elastomer is conducted with SDH401 high and low temperature constant humidity box. Large displacement tensile test using type 11 dumbbell-shaped standard part in W-WDW-20 nonmetal universal test machine. The tensile mechanical behavior in different test cycles is researched for polyure- thane elstomer. Tensile stress-strain curves for 8 groups of material in different test cycle and several mechanical properties for polyurethane elastomer are obtained. Based on these test results change law of aging rate following hygrothermal and effects of hygrothermal in different test cycle on polyurethane elastomer mechanical property are researched. The conclusion is: the hygrothermal notably affects the aging rate and mechanical properties such as elasticity modulus, yielding strength, stress at definite elongation and elongation at break. With the increase of test cycle these mechanical properties decrease significantly.
